Our professional staff of Shelter Rock Jewish Center Nursery School create a Judaic and Secular environment in a beautiful state-of-the-art building that is welcoming for all learners.

We provide stimulating, challenging materials and activities so that children can fully understand and remember their experiences and broaden their social, emotional and academic foundations. In addition, our curriculum includes an emphasis on wellness and nutrition, knowing that future habits for a healthy life style begin early. Our nurturing and supportive staff help our youngsters gain self confidence and build a moral code of values that go beyond just the A, B, C's....

Summer Rock n’Baby I

Rock n’ Baby II Classes

begin July 1, 2008

A wonderful opportunity to meet other young moms while exposing your youngster to a variety of broadening experiences such as movement, music, tumble and roll. We are offering each class under the creative direction of a former teacher and "Little Gym" director. In addition to the structured group time with Keri Sadler, participants have the option of extending each class by 45 minutes in unstructured play without a teacher but with classroom and outdoor use of the little playground at no extra charge.

6 – 12 month olds on Tuesdays 9:30 – 10:15 am, July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 August 5, 12. $160

16 – 24 month olds on Tuesday. & Thursday 10:30 – 11:30 am July 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31 August 5, 7, 12, 14 $325

We welcome your participation in all that our Nursery School has to offer... Mommy & Me classes, toddlers, 3's & 4's and in addition, our enriching weekly specials which include Yoga, music with the Rabbi & Cantor and Movement. We also enthusiastically offer Parent Association get-togethers, weekly Shabbat celebrations for all children and invited guests, holiday parties throughout the year, after school activities such as Tae Kwon Do, Potpourri & Baking.
