For the Early Childhood Center, the following rules apply for refunds:

The tuition is due regardless of whether the student completes the year, and tuition payments are not refundable except under the circumstances set forth in the following paragraph.

The Shelter Rock Early Childhood Center reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration and enrollment of any child at any time for reasons pertaining to health, safety or other problems which the Early Childhood Center deems may endanger the welfare of the child and/or other children at the Early Childhood Center. A child who is unable to function within the classroom structure without continual guidance or support may be asked to leave for his/her benefit as well as for the other children. When necessary, the Early Childhood Center Director, teacher and parents will meet to determine if it is feasible for the child to remain in the program.  The final decision shall be made at the sole discretion of the Early Childhood Center Director.  If the child is asked to leave the school for these reasons, tuition will be pro-rated for the period attended. If your child is withdrawn from the Early Childhood Center (or otherwise ceases to attend) other than at the request of the Early Childhood Center Director, the entire unpaid tuition for the year, and any other charges relating to your child, shall immediately be due and payable.
