WELCOME GREETING FROM PRESIDENTS
Pam Krauss & Debbie Resnick
Together the women of the Shelter Rock Sisterhood and the Women’s League of Conservative Judaism:
- Embrace our heritage
- Foster mitzvot
- Express our love of Israel
- Challenge our intellects
- Serve congregants
- Build and beautify our synagogue
- Celebrate and support one another
- Benefit less fortunate families in our community
All year long, we have exciting programs, meetings, trips, festival projects, and study sessions. We “dress” our Sukkah each year (it is the biggest and best on Long Island!) and arrange the Erev Sukkot dinner. Our members gather for our marathon assembly of Shalach Manot baskets for Purim. We learn through our book club (2nd Tuesday of the month at 11:00 am), and play through our talent show and game night. Join us!
